Sending and delivering ashes - how does this work?
There are two ways we can do this.
1. You send the ashes you want in the jewellery to us via a courier if your choice. We then send them back after the ashes have need added. NZ post does not like sending ashes as their staff get upset if they ever get lost. However, you do not need to disclose you are sending ashes and to date no ashes have ever been lost as they haves a tracking number with our company.
2. If you have ordered a product that has ashes we have a courier company company to pick up and deliver pet ashes. This will be charged to you.
After you place your order:
1. We email you instructions on where to leave the ashes for the courier to collect - or you can tell us what suits you
2. The courier picks up and delivers to us
3. We fulfill your order and send back using the same courier company.
Choosing option two will be at your cost and each job has to be costed separately.
We take the upmost care with your ashes and have an arrangement with the courier company to handle with upmost care.
