Refund policy
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your requestreturn. Please allow at least 14 fourteen (14)days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
GLASS BLOWN PRODUCTS
When a customer purchased a Glass Blown Product they will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the order by filling in a Google Sheet. It is the customers responsibility the product they selected matches that of the product they purchased. Cherished Ashes are not liable or responsible in anyway should the item purchased through the website payment gateway and the Google sheet they are asked to complete to not match.
